ProLabs 25G SFP28 Transceivers: Building Tomorrow's Networks

Introducing the ProLabs 25G SFP28 ER, our brand new extended reach solution.

We're here to help. Reach out today to prepare your network for tomorrow!

Upgrade to tomorrow's network with ProLabs SFP28 25G optics

25G SFP28 optics are the building block of the modern enterprise and data center network, achieving the best of SFP and SFP+ form factor worlds (low power consumption, common footprint, & density) and meeting the skyrocketing needs of your consumers. Unlike most deployments, ProLabs' 25G links leverage your existing in-ground 10G cabling, providing significant savings on upgrade costs.

SFP28 25G transceivers solve upgrade woes across any industry and a number of configurations

For service providers, 5G wireless promises data rates of 10x current LTE services. This relies upon fiber-fed cells located near the subscriber.

Existing 1G and 10G fiber backhaul and fronthaul connections will also be upgraded to 25G to support these network requirements. This is derived from the SFP28 form factor, which offers a single lane that aggregates nicely into 100G QSFP28 architectures. Unlike most deployments, ProLabs' 25G links leverage your existing in-ground 10G cabling, providing significant savings on upgrade costs.

Introducing our 25G SFP28 ER, the new extended reach solution to the ProLabs' 25G family

Our 25G ER transceivers support distances up to 40km over single fibers, providing a solution with a reach as long as the list of applications it can help you solve in your network center and are available now at a fraction of the OEM manufacturers’ marked-up equivalent.

Not content with stopping, we recognized the need for extreme temperatures and ensured our solution fits industrial ranges.
